Reset @viking.k12.hi.us Passwords

What you need:

Laptop w/Internet Connection
Minimum Role of: Password Reset Manager on your Domain

1. Access GSFE Admin Console

Go to: https://admin.google.com/

If you do not have access to this, please contact a Tech.

2. Search for Student

In the search bar, type in the name of the student. Click on the name of the student in the search results.

2.1. Student Information Page

When you click on the student's name in the search results, it loads a page that looks like this. The name and email of the student will be on the top left.

3. Reset Password

Click on RESET PASSWORD under their name.

4. Create New Password

Select Create Password
Enter a temporary password
Check: Ask for a password change at the next sign in (If the student is known to keep, "forgetting" their password, turn off this option and make them use the password you set from now on)
Press Reset

5. Press Done
