How to Retrieve a Copy of Your Lotus Notes ID

This tutorial will show you how to find the option to download your Lotus Notes ID from the IT Help Desk

1. Click on Service Request Catalog

Log in to ServiceNow, then click on Service Request Catalog

2. Click on Email

Catalog - Browse - HIDOE Service Portal - Google Chrome

3. Click on Retrieve a Copy of Your Lotus Notes ID

4. Log In with DOE Internet User name and Password

Also known as: DOE Intranet or Lotus Notes Web Password

Login - Google Chrome

5. Click on: Retrieve Your Notes ID

6. Download ID File and View Password

Click on the ID file to download it. Click on View Password because that is the password that will work with the downloaded ID File.
