How to Request a Lotus Notes ID

This tutorial will show you how to find the option to request a Lotus Notes ID from the IT Help Desk

1. Click on Service Request Catalog

2. Click on Email

Catalog - Browse - HIDOE Service Portal - Google Chrome

3. Click on Request a Lotus Notes ID File

4. Search for User

Click on the name if it appears in the drop down menu.

5. Choose Option

If you just need the ID to install Lotus Notes, click on: Send ID File for a User With an Existing Lotus Notes Account

If you are requesting an ID for a new person so they can access Lotus Notes Databases, click on: Create a New Lotus Notes Account for a Casual Hire and Send ID When Complete

6. Order Now

If you are doing multiple people, press Add to Cart, then repeat the process.
