3. Add User Information
Add the first and last name. For the Primary email, if they are a faculty or staff member it will be first initial, last name @viking.k12.hi.us (Example: [email protected]) if there is someone else with that username already, use [email protected].
If it's a student, their username should be the last two digits of their graduating year, followed by the first five letters of their first name, period (.), first three letters of their last name. Example: Sample Student from the class of 2027 should be: [email protected])

4. Set Organizational Unit
Faculty and staff should be placed in the correct unit. Teachers are placed under Certificated, PPTs and other Casual Hires go in Casual. EAs and other full time roles that are not faculty go into Classified.
For students, you can place them in their Graduation Year in HHS Students, if the Organizational Unit does not exist, place them in HHS Students.
