Grading Assignments

After you created an assignment, you can grade the assignments on the Infinite Campus grade book.

2. Grade Assignments

  1. Look for the student name
  2. Click on empty box in the assignment column and enter points

2.1. Adding Additional Information

Is an assignment turned in? Missing? Turned in Late? Complete the next additional steps to mark it as such.

2.1.1. Expand Additional Information Menu

Click on an assignment, then click on the blue arrow that appears on the right of it.

2.1.2. Input Additional Information

You can include a comment, or mark an assignment as Turned In, Missing, Late, Incomplete, Cheated, Except or Dropped.

T = Turned In

M = Missing

L = Late

I = Incomplete

Ch = Cheated

X = Exempt (Use this if the assignment does not apply to this student. This assignment will be ignored when calculating their grade)

Dr = Dropped

3. Review and Save

After inputting the points, it will automatically calculate the grade.

Click on Save to apply changes and immediately notify parents/guardians and students on the Infinite Campus portal if the portal was selected in the assignment.

4. Done

After you press save, if the Save button turns gray, you have saved and uploaded the changes.
