As of SY 20-21, Hilo High Technology is accepting Faculty and Staff Tech Requests through the HIDOE IT Help Desk ServiceNow Website

Quick Link: http://help.hidoe.org/ - Log in with your Enterprise Account (emp_id@k12.hi.us)

1. Click on Create an Incident

2. Click on Tech Coordinator Assistance

4. Press Submit
