Only certain members of the Hilo High Tech Department has access to reset @k12.hi.us student credentials. Unlike faculty and staff accounts, students do not have access to set security questions to reset the password on their own.

3. Search for Student
To search for a student type S355- followed by their First and Last Name in the Search field (e.g., S355-Jane Doe). Then click on their name in the dropdown list.
It may take a minute for the student's profile to appear under the search window. You may have to type it in a few times for it to find.
