This tutorial is for recording Google Meet sessions using the @viking.k12.hi.us Google Account through Google Classroom.
3. Make sure everyone is ready
Officially, students had to have submitted an approved Student Publication Release Form and Technology Responsible Use Form in order to be allowed on virtual meetings. HIDOE Guidelines state that classes may be recorded as long as they are not shared with users outside of that cohort.
Press Start.
"Recording a meeting without the consent of all participants may be illegal and actionable. You should obtain consent to record this meeting from all participants, including external guests and guests who join late."
4. Recording Status
You will see a Recording icon in the top right corner as your meeting is recorded.
