Model Number
Devices may or may not have a different model number to describe it. For example, 2019 MacBook Pro Space Gray's Model Number is MVVK2LL/A

Add Company, Asset Tag and Serial Number
- Hilo High School or KVIKS TV
- Asset Tag is the state decal number.
- Type the decal number exactly as is on the sticker, including the E and - (Example: E355-12345 or E35512345)

Archived: Device was Disposed
Pending: Needs Technical Attention or Waiting to Be Disposed
Ready to Deploy: Select if it is already assigned to a user or if it is currently available to be checked out.
(Optional) Checkout to
If the device is already checked out to someone, you can search for them or create new.
Click on the blue New button next to Checkout to, then create the new user.
Username = First Initial, Last Name (leclipseujano)
Password: Generate
Asset Name
The asset name can be whatever is labeled on the device. If it is just the name of the user, no asset name at all, leave it blank.
