2. Upload News Bulletin File
CAUTION: The file name cannot with a number followed by an underscore. (Example: 09_) Cablecast uses numbers and underscores to index files and sometimes, dates with underscores in the filename can accidentally cause an error.
The uploading status will appear on the bottom of the page. Once the video is uploaded, continue.
3. Create a New Show
The title should be clear and easy to understand. The CG Title is what end users will see. Select SY 22-23 KVIKS News Bulletin as the Project.
Add a thumbnail.
Set the event date, usually the day the announcements are for. Category is KVIKS News Bulletin, Producer: KVIKS Media
Enable Video on Demand
4. Schedule Show
Go to the calendar.
4.2. Set Time and Show
Click on 8 AM, then change the time to 8:09:25 AM
Set the show number to the number listed on the side.
Make sure there is a green checkmark next to the file. This ensures that the video is available for scheduling via autopilot.
If the circle is red, then that means the video is not yet sent to autopilot.
