1. Go to Notification Profiles

2. Create Notification Profile

3. Profile Name
Start with 355 then the name of the bell for the system. Press Save Profile.

4. Use Custom Fusion Server Settings
Under Notification Profile Settings, go to FUSION SERVER, then enable USE CUSTOM FUSION SERVER SETTINGS

5. Settings
5.1. Message Type: Pre-Recorded Audio

5.2. Upload Bell Sound to Main Audio
Delivery: Synchronized

Press the Play button to preview.

5.3. Other Settings
Wait Time: 5
Volume: Set to Maximum
Priority: 1
Skip Phones in Use: ENABLE

6. Save Profile

7. Go to Message Templates

8. Create Message Template

9. Content Name and Subject
Make it the same name as the Notification Profile

10. Notification Profile Settings
Expand the panel for Notification Profile Settings (Optional) by clicking on it or on the down arrow.

10.1. Select the Notification Profile that matches the Bell

10.2. Go to Fusion Server and Check Settings
All the settings we have set in the previous steps should have applied automatically. Preview the main audio to make sure that the audio matches.

11. Device Groups
Enable Device Groups and select 355 * Bells

12. Save Template
