We can only provision Adobe Creative Cloud licenses to @viking.k12.hi.us email addresses. Accounts must be at least 24 hours old and have at least logged in to Gmail once to accept the Terms and Conditions.
4. Add Users
Search for a user's @viking.k12.hi.us email address.
Newly created viking accounts may not appear right away. Adobe synchronizes all viking users into the Admin console at least once per day. You can try to search for a new account periodically until they show up.
Press the + icon next to Select product profiles and select Default All Apps for K-12 - 80 GB configuration. It should look like the image below before saving.
Press Save
5. Sign in, "Continue with Google"
Inform the user to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud and press, "Continue with Google" and sign in with their @viking.k12.hi.us credentials to access Creative Cloud Features.
It is recommended that they create a new Google Chrome profile for their @viking.k12.hi.us to keep log ins separated from @k12.hi.us and prevent future security issues.
